My heart goes out to the nation of Poland.  This is a tragic day that has seen the death of their President & First Lady, as well as many members of their government in a plane crash.

nPresident Kaczynski was a staunch supporter of the United States and fought hard to drive his country far away from communism.  He will be sorely missed.
